We're expanding our home care team in Southampton and are looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join us.

We are particularly seeking carers to provide strong coverage across SO14, SO15, SO16, SO18 and SO19 with good availability, particularly for weekends and Bank Holidays. Why Join Us? Weekend and Bank Holiday shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 where demand is highest Early mornings (07:0010:00) our busiest and most critical care window Evenings (17:00 - 22:00) Flexible weekday hours also available If you can support during these times, youll be making the biggest difference! Where Youll Work If you're based in SO14, SO15, SO16, SO18 or SO19, you'll benefit from shorter travel times, consistent local work, and the rewarding opportunity to support people within your own community.

What Were Looking For
* Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement Equality Act 2010) Full, valid UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle with business insurance Right to work in the UK (no CoS available) Must live locally to Southampton area Kind, dependable, and patient individuals Willingness to work weekends and/or early mornings No previous care experience required full training provided. Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or domiciliary care is advantageous but not essential.
