Cygnet Health Care at Oakhurst Lodge in Southampton is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Support Worker (Days) to join our dedicated team. The role supports adults with autism and learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives at the lodge and in the local community.
You will work a 42-hour contract on a 7-day rota with 12-hour day shifts, including approximately two weekends per month. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people’s lives every day.
