In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating previous HCSW experience, supported by a relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, to ensure you have the required skillset from the outset. You will be expected to confidently carry out:

Use eCamis/CHARTS to check clinics, scan documents and request tests Under supervision, run a preassessment clinic for lowrisk surgical patients, assessing their health questionnaire and providing information for their day of surgery Triage health questionnaires using set criteria to ensure patients are streamed to the correct pathway Apply your understanding of surgical preassessment or womens health is therefore desirable A detailed job description and person specification are attached.
