Voyage Care is hiring a Support Worker in Southampton (£13.11 per hour). Typical shifts run 7:30am–9:30pm, 7:30am–2:30pm, or 2:30pm–9:30pm, with some sleep-in shifts.
You’ll provide person-centred support for daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, meal prep, and community access. We seek compassionate, resilient individuals who can work independently and adapt communications for people with varying needs, including non-verbal clients.
