About the Role

As a Care Team Leader (Deputy Manager), youll lead by example, supporting and mentoring care teams to deliver person-centred care that enables residents to live fulfilled, enriched and dignified lives.

Working closely with the General Manager and Care Manager, youll help ensure the home operates safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements, while promoting a positive culture for both residents and colleagues.
