PBS4 is seeking a full-time permanent Associate in Southampton to support Julian, a 36-year-old with autism and learning difficulties. You will work in a team, providing practical daily living support, communication, and positive behavioural support in a compassionate, respectful manner.
Role requires resilience, patience, and the ability to set clear boundaries. Experience in social care is desirable but transferable skills are welcome.
