Wight Healthcare in the North and West Hampshire Community Learning Disability Team is recruiting a Community Charge Nurse (Learning Disability) to provide leadership within the Totton-based team and to deliver nursing services to people with learning disabilities across the West of the county.
You will supervise nurses and nursing students, co-lead on delivering an evidence-based, person-centred service, and collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team.
