The role combines domiciliary and clinic-based appointments allowing you to deliver personalised hearing care while enjoying greater autonomy flexibility and support.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive hearing care services including:

• Hearing assessments in both clinic and domiciliary settings
• Hearing aid recommendations fittings and aftercare
• Follow-up appointments and rehabilitation support
• Wax removal services (where qualified)
• Building long-term relationships with patients
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Managing your own diary and regional territory effectively
• Delivering exceptional patient-centred care at every stage of the patient journey

The position offers a high level of independence while being supported by a dedicated operational and clinical team.

• HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist
• FdSc BSc or MSc in Audiology Hearing Aid Audiology or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience within private hearing care
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
• Willingness to travel within your designated region

• Domiciliary audiology experience
• Wax removal experience
• Experience working independently
• Commercial awareness within private hearing care

• 55000 basic salary
• Uncapped monthly commission structure
• Company car provided
• Realistic OTE up to 100000
