Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Healthcare Support Workers for the Hospital at Home service across Southampton, Eastleigh, Lymington and Waterside. You will deliver care in patients' homes, perform basic health observations and support rehabilitation, personal care and mobility.
Shifts run 8am–8pm, seven days a week with up to two weekend duties per month. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
