Care Assistant / Carer - Southampton Pay: £14.80-£17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)

• 5:00pm - 10:00pm
• 9:00am - 1:00pm & 5:00pm - 10:00pm

We can offer flexible working patterns to fit around family, study, or other commitments.

• £14.80-£16.59 per hour weekdays (including holiday pay)
• £15.30-£17.15 per hour weekends (including holiday pay)
• 35p per mile mileage allowance
• £230 paid training bonus
• £150 Refer-a-Friend bonus

• Minimum 1-hour visits - no rushing

As a Care Assistant / Carer, you will support clients with:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and shopping
• Helping clients stay independent at home
• Keeping simple care records

• Full UK driving licence
• Your own car
• Right to work in the UK
• Available for 20+ hours per week
• Available for at least 3 weekdays and every other weekend
• A kind, reliable, and caring attitude
