We’re seeking a compassionate Night Care Assistant committed to delivering personalised care with empathy, dignity, and genuine kindness to each of our residents.

This Care Assistant role is
full-time, consisting of 36 hours per week on night shifts. The position requires flexibility to work a rota covering 7 days a week and is located in the Dementia unit.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Assist with personal care and daily routines of residents
  • Ensure residents' comfort and dignity at all times
  • Support with mobility, nutrition, and medication as needed
  • Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

As a Care Assistant
, you will have outstanding people skills, a friendly and positive attitude. We will provide the necessary support and training you need to thrive. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
