Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 + Incentives OTE £45k |

About the Role

As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll be right at the heart of the business. You’ll support experienced Consultants, learn the recruitment lifecycle and build the foundations to progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role.

You’ll be speaking to candidates, building relationships, attending industry events and becoming part of a busy, energetic recruitment team.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting Consultants with sourcing, screening and candidate engagement

* Speaking with candidates and booking interviews

* Managing CRM systems and applications

* Coordinating interview processes and feedback

* Building strong relationships with candidates and clients

* Industry & networking events across the UK

* Supportive office culture with hands-on training and mentoring

* Hybrid working after probation

Package and Benefits

 * £25,000 to £30,000 basic salary depending on experience

* Plus Incentives OTE £45k
