What you'll be doing

Building and managing talent pipelines across the European data centre market
Identifying, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates
Managing candidates through the recruitment process from first conversation to placement
Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates engaged throughout
Working closely with consultants to deliver the right people for every vacancy
Maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Proactively building talent pools ahead of future hiring demand
