Southampton Football Club’s Saints Foundation is seeking an HR Manager to lead the people and culture agenda. Based at St Mary's Stadium, this full-time, 12-month fixed term role partners with senior leaders and the club’s HR team to deliver an engaging, inclusive workplace for staff and volunteers.
You will handle employee relations, wellbeing, recruitment, learning and development, volunteering and people data, shaping a positive culture grounded in safeguarding, equality and diversity.
