Insight in Southampton is seeking a Payroll and HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role combines payroll processing and HR administration in a fast-paced energy sector environment.
You will manage end-to-end payroll via ADP, support managers with payroll and people policies, maintain records, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to reporting and audits. Hybrid working with 3 office days per week.
