Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates across your specialist market Winning new business and growing existing client accounts Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to placement Negotiating offers and delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience Running your own desk and managing your time to maximise success Working collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company goals

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, business development, account management, or another target-driven role A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by achieving results A commercial mindset with the drive to develop your career A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
