Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver practical HR support across Head Office and nurseries. You will advise managers on performance, conduct and wellbeing while ensuring accurate records and policy compliance.
You will assist recruitment, onboarding and policy development in line with employment law and ACAS Codes of Practice, with franchise network support and audit readiness across the group.
