The Talent World partner with Henlee Resourcing to recruit an experienced Senior HR/ER Advisor for a 12-month FTC in Southampton, starting ASAP. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a supportive, high-performing HR team.
You will act as a subject-matter expert on UK employment law, manage complex ER cases end-to-end, advise senior managers, draft policies, and support onboarding, leavers and training initiatives with a proactive, commercially aware approach.
