Henlee Resourcing is looking for a highly organised HR Assistant / Coordinator to support the HR function in a Southampton-based role. You will handle onboarding, data maintenance, ER support, and respond to employee queries with confidentiality and accuracy.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the HR team, maintain payroll/HRIS data, generate reports, and help coordinate policies and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
