Alternative Heat Ltd. Head Office, Banbridge, is seeking a People Administrator to support payroll, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, and people reporting.
The role reports to the People Manager and is a permanent full-time position based at Head Office. The successful candidate will join the People and Talent team, handling payroll processing, onboarding, GDPR-compliant record-keeping, HRIS data maintenance, reporting, and general admin.
