Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Global Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee the payroll and benefits function on a global scale, ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the global payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery

Managing employee benefits programmes and ensuring they are compliant with local regulations

Collaborating with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll and benefits processes

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global payroll legislation and regulations

Developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures

Serving as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries

Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality within payroll and benefits systems

Analysing and resolving payroll discrepancies and issues

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in payroll management, preferably on a global scale

Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices

Experience in the fintech or technology sectors is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficiency with payroll software and HR systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, business administration, or a related field
