As our HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and employees receive a professional and responsive HR service. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, pre-employment checks and new starter administration. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and employee correspondence. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR system data. Support the administration of probation reviews, performance processes, training activities and employee development initiatives. Process employee lifecycle changes, including salary amendments, promotions, transfers and family-friendly arrangements.
  • Record and monitor absence and leave information in line with company procedures. Provide administrative support for employee relations matters and HR processes. Coordinate employee offboarding activities, including exit documentation and payroll notifications. Produce HR reports and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data. Support compliance with company policies, data protection requirements and UK employment legislation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
Skills

Required
  • Experience in HR administration, people coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration practices.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards a professional HR qualification.
  • Experience in HR administration or people coordination.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
