Job Summary
Due to expansion Latitude Recruitment are looking to hire x2 Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company based in Hedge end.
What will the job involve?
* Contacting candidates via the phone about local job opportunities – You must be prepared to be on the phone most of the day.
* Working a range of temp, perm and technical, non-technical vacancies
* Updating our internal CRM to ensure all information is accurate
* Working closely with more experienced members of the team on various hiring projects
* Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, internal CRM.
As the role develops in year2+ there could be an opportunity for further progression, client interaction, arranging interviews etc, depending on capability and progression.
What skills and experience do you need?
* You will need previous customer service experience (Sales, retail or hospitality experience for 6+ months) Or sales /office-based experience.
* You will be a good, confident communicator – This will be face to face, over the phone and via email.
This is a great opportunity to join a niche / growing recruitment agency company, specialising in placing local engineering / manufacturing candidates.

Hours:
08:30am – 17:00pm (Monday – Thursday)
08:30am – 14:30pm (Friday)
Salary:
£25,800 per annum (Basic salary) + Y1 Commission, circa £3,000 per annum
(£13.23p/h equivalent - basic)
Commission opportunities will far greater after Y1
