A technology solutions provider in Southampton is seeking a First Line Support / Service Desk Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a strong chance of becoming permanent. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service to internal users. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in IT support and great communication skills.
This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress into 2nd Line support.
