Permanent As the Senior Technology Business Partner, you will be the dedicated partner to the Quilter  Investment Platform and Quilter Financial Planning for the delivery of all technology  solutions and services in their defined scope.  You will be a key enabler of our business  success, playing a strategic role in driving value and impact for our stakeholders and  customers.

You will report to the Head of Business Technology and will build and manage strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders to support the business goals and vision.

You will help integrate technology solutions from the technology delivery and change  portfolios and work with the Head of Business Technology to be accountable for the  delivery of end-to-end technology solutions and services, aligned to the Quilter technology  strategy, policies, and standards to meet current and future requirements.

Successful candidates will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at a senior  level and ensuring both QIP and QFP business segments and the technology teams  are fully aligned.

This role will support the Head of Business Technology in the following key areas:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to understand their needs and requirements and provide effective and innovative technology solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
* Communicate and align technology strategy and roadmap with business strategy and vision, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with business requirements and expectations, thus contributing to good customer outcomes.
* Assist with management of the budget and resources for the Business Technology function and optimise the return on investment and value for money.
* Support the coordination, prioritisation, and visibility of the portfolio of technology projects and initiatives for the business units, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.
* Ensure the quality, reliability, security, and performance of the business applications, and adhere to the best practices and standards for software development and delivery.
