Role Overview

In this role you will manage the inbound and outbound processing of data and reporting for our clients and providers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high service standards by managing data-related tasks, identifying and resolving issues, and supporting clients’ operational needs.

We provide a core function to the business and the clients we service, and your role is a key part of our success.

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming HR data from clients using our internal software and check its accuracy
  • Export, check and send reports from our software to payroll and benefit providers to agreed SLAs
  • Resolve data-related queries from both our internal teams and our clients
  • Investigate data discrepancies and implement effective solutions to maintain data integrity
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary
  • Utilise data management systems, reporting tools, and pre-written scripts to locate, process, and validate data
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
