• Provide first‑line support for user queries on Quilter technology products, both in‑house and third‑party applications.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring incidents are tracked, resolved, and aligned with ITIL best practices.

• Support integration and data‑quality activities, including intraday and overnight batch monitoring.

• Maintain documentation of system configuration, operational procedures, and knowledge‑base articles.

• Work with change and version management processes, ensuring configuration changes are controlled across development, test, and production environments.

• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing, validating results against business requirements and collaborating with Business Analysts to resolve defects.

• Assist project and change teams with ad‑hoc work, contribute to implementation plans, timelines, and delivery milestones, and support workshops and stakeholder workshops.

• Continuously identify opportunities to standardise and optimise configurations, improving scalability, reducing complexity, and enhancing the adviser and customer experience.

Essential:

• Strong understanding of wealth‑management concepts, processes, and operations.
• Deep hands‑on experience configuring large‑scale CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics) in cloud‑based/SaaS environments.
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts to deliver detailed configuration specifications.
• Excellent attention to data accuracy, integrity, and quality.
• Knowledge of wealth‑management regulatory requirements (e.g. FCA, MiFIDII).
• System testing experience.

Desirable:

• Product support experience in advice‑CRM platforms.
• Experience in fast‑paced, agile, change‑controlled environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large‑scale third‑party platform implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in high‑pressure delivery environments.
• Familiarity with FCA and other regulatory frameworks affecting wealth management.
