Role overviewThis is an initial 6 month contract.
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key customer-facing role, supporting the day-to-day coordination of delivery work across a defined set of customers and internal teams. This role focuses on planning, tracking and communication rather than hands‑on delivery, ensuring customers have clear visibility of progress, priorities and risks. Acting as a central point of contact, you’ll help reduce coordination overhead for delivery teams, allowing them to focus on execution.
Through clear updates and proactive risk management, you’ll help maintain confidence, transparency and momentum across delivery.
- Act as a customer-facing point of contact for delivery coordination, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Coordinate delivery activity across multiple internal teams to support effective planning, prioritisation and tracking
- Maintain simple, up-to-date views of scope, priorities, risks and issues for internal and customer discussions
- Prepare and share regular customer updates covering progress, upcoming work, risks and dependencies
- Prepare and share internal updates on delivery status, capacity and key blockers
- Track actions and follow-ups from customer and internal meetings, ensuring agreed work progresses
- Proactively identify coordination issues or delivery risks and elevate them early to delivery leadership
- Provide additional delivery coordination support to other priority customers or initiatives where capacity allows
- Experience in a fast-moving, customer-facing delivery, coordination or operational role
- Confidence communicating with customers about progress, priorities, risks and next steps
