Agile Source are urgently seeking a Delivery Manager who has worked on previous HALO ITSM projects. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for driving delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful rollout of a complex Halo environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Halo implementation
- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across the programme
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party stakeholders
- Ensure delivery is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
- Provide clear reporting and governance at senior stakeholder level
- Strong Delivery Manager / Programme Delivery background
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience working in complex ITSM or service transformation programmes
- Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies
- Based near Southampton (hybrid working expected)
