2nd Line Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
• Exposure to virtualization technologies (Hyper‑V / VMware)
• Experience with Azure or cloud services is desirable
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• MSP experience is ideal but not essential for the right candidate

• As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will be supporting a wide range of clients, technologies, and projects, gaining direct exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, networking, and virtualization. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior engineers who will assist you in developing your skills towards 3rd Line, Infrastructure, or Cloud roles through hands‑on project work, mentoring, and structured certifications.
