• Deliver AI software implementations for enterprise clients.
• Configure and customise software to meet customer requirements.
• Analyse data, troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Build expertise in AI technology, SaaS implementation and solution consulting.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• Comfortable working with technology, data and new software.
• An excellent communicator who can explain complex concepts clearly.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred) in any analytical discipline, including:
• Computer Science

• Economics
• Business
• Law
• Humanities
• Or another problem-solving subject
