Lorien is hiring a Learning Operations Specialist on a 6-month contract in Southampton, hybrid with 3 days onsite. The role centers on learning administration, Workday Learning support, and coordination with training providers to ensure smooth delivery of learning operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong LMS experience, Workday Learning familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This contract offers £200–£250 per day inside IR35.
