Cooper Vision in Fareham is offering a 12-month Data Insights Specialist placement within the HR function. You'll deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports, triage reporting requests, and identify automation opportunities across HR data sources.
You'll work with HR stakeholders across business units and locations, developing divisional and departmental reporting while ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
