As a Solution Consultant at Benifex, you’ll act as the vital bridge between our customers and our internal technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of employee benefits portal implementations. Working across customers of varying size and complexity, you’ll gather and translate requirements into high-quality, best‑practice solutions that deliver an excellent user experience. You’ll take ownership of your designs, confidently explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders while collaborating closely with technical experts.

This role suits a proactive, solution‑oriented consultant who enjoys problem‑solving, building relationships and making a real impact on customer outcomes.

• Lead collaboration with customers, brokers and benefit providers throughout implementation projects across UK&I and international markets
• Gather, document and analyse customer requirements, producing detailed solution designs aligned to Benifex best practices
• Partner with technical colleagues to design feasible, scalable solutions that meet customer goals within Benifex technology
• Identify risks, exceptions and edge cases early, designing robust end‑to‑end processes and workflows
• Deliver solutions with a strong focus on user experience for both employees and customer administrators
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert on benefits, Benifex solutions and integrations for internal teams
• Support product development initiatives with customer and market insights
• Represent Benifex as a solution expert in sales meetings when required
• Contribute to and continuously improve Benifex best‑practice libraries, processes and implementation standards
• Share knowledge and act as a role model within the consulting community, supporting the development of others
• Continuously research and expand your understanding of the global benefits landscape
