Thames Water is seeking an ERP Change Lead for the SAP Ariba transformation programme on a fixed‑term contract to December 2027. You will drive the people side of change across Procurement, Commercial and Finance, guiding adoption of a modern ERP platform and benefits realisation.
You’ll establish change management, stakeholder engagement, training strategies and a network of Change Champions, partnering with functional teams to ensure readiness and successful go‑live.
