Xerox IT Services in the UK is expanding its IT support team in Southampton. The IT Support Technician will respond to incidents and requests via telephone and email, performing maintenance tasks across the IT landscape with professionalism.
Initially onsite full-time with hybrid working after induction, shifts 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, involving direct client interaction and remote desktop support. You'll work with ITIL-aligned processes and collaborate to resolve issues promptly.
