The Range is seeking a dynamic Lead UX Designer to shape the digital experience across The Range, wilko and Homebase, using research, data and experimentation to deliver customer-focused, commercially driven designs. You’ll lead the evolution of a multi-brand design system and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive UX excellence at scale.
Based at our Head Office in Plymouth or London Great Portland Street, the role is permanent, full-time, with hours Monday–Friday, 08:45am–17:30pm.
