Opportunity

Scale an OT cyber service line: strategy, GTM, delivery excellence, hiring, and commercial performance.
Drive revenue with sales teams: qualify deals, design solutions, shape proposals, present to boards, and win.
Lead major OT security programmes across manufacturing, transport, healthcare, energy, and oil & gas
.
Build market visibility
: case studies, thought leadership, client playbooks, partner propositions.
Develop talent
—coach consultants, build methodologies, and embed a high-performance delivery culture.

What You’ll Bring

6–8+ years leading OT cyber engagements across SCADA/ICS environments.
Strong delivery leadership with a track record of growing teams and capability
.
Knowledge of OT frameworks/regulation:
IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NERC CIP
, plus experience with OT/IT convergence risks.
Exceptional communicator—able to translate technical insight into impact, value, and outcomes
.
A commercial, growth-minded approach: pipeline, BD, proposals, pricing, and practice financials.
