Data Quality Lead – Hybrid We’re looking for an experienced Data Quality Lead to take ownership of enterprise Data Quality strategy and help build the foundations for a more data-driven and AI-ready organisation.

This is a senior opportunity for someone who understands Data Quality at enterprise scale and can turn strategy into practical, measurable improvements across people, processes and technology. You’ll work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, influence change and help embed quality into the way data is created, managed and used.

Own and deliver the enterprise Data Quality strategy, roadmap and vision.

Build and mature Data Quality capabilities across people, process and technology.

Establish effective Data Quality frameworks, rules, controls, monitoring and issue management.

Embed Data Quality into data migrations, integrations and transformation programmes.

Lead the adoption and use of Collibra and Databricks Unity Catalog.

Improve data monitoring, reporting and preventative controls, with a focus on quality tner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, technology teams and business stakeholders to resolve complex data issues.

Translate business, risk and regulatory requirements into practical Data Quality solutions.

Act as a senior escalation point for Data Quality challenges and provide expert guidance across the organisation.

Lead, coach and develop Data Quality specialists while building a strong culture of data ownership.

Proven experience within an established enterprise Data Quality function.

A strong track record of developing and delivering Data Quality strategies and roadmaps.

Extensive experience with Data Quality frameworks, rules, controls, monitoring and issue management.

Experience delivering Data Quality capabilities across large or complex organisations.

Proven experience embedding Data Quality into migrations, integrations and transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of Data Governance and trusted data.

Hands-on experience with Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog or comparable tooling.

Experience with modern cloud data platforms, particularly AWS and/or Azure.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior business and technology leaders.

Experience leading and developing Data Quality professionals.

The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and turn them into practical, business-focused solutions.
