Theyre now looking for a talented 2nd Line IT Engineer to join the business and take the next step in their technical career.

This is much more than a typical 2nd Line support position. Youll work across a varied client base and modern IT environments , gaining hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure, hybrid environments and cyber security , while supporting and troubleshooting a broad range of technologies. Youll have the opportunity to get involved with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms and security technologies , as well as supporting infrastructure improvements and technical projects.

The business is also embracing AI and emerging technologies , giving you the chance to develop your knowledge in an area that is becoming increasingly important across IT. Required Skills:
