Fed Ex is seeking an Operations Support Agent to join our UK team. You will help ensure urgent packages reach the correct destination on time, handle inbound calls regarding shipment collections and delivery inquiries, and investigate any failed shipments or collections for rerouting the next day.
You will enter data into our in-house tracking system and work closely with your manager and other operations stations, adhering to Fed Ex processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
