Hours:

30 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday - Sunday, working between 08:30 and 15:00

Due to operational demand, you will be required to work weekends on a rota basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join Royal Mail’s journey of reinventing the future of mail delivery.

About the Role

You will deliver a wide range of items, including annual turnout forms and a variety of products, ensuring safe handling and compliance with Royal Mail business standards. Your role will also involve securing delivery of election materials and other sensitive items.

Responsibilities

Securely deliver all parcels on your route, handling election materials and items such as food products or alcohol in line with Royal Mail business standards.

Requirements
  • Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated
  • Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service
  • People‑oriented, friendly face in the community
  • Capable of walking for long periods and working outdoors in any weather
  • Strong sense of community and pride in work
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
