Warehouse Stock Controller; Onsite Representative

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Stock Controller (Onsite Representative) to join us at our customer site in Southampton for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our customers are at the heart of our business.

• Receive deliveries and manage stock distribution, including into chemical cabinets.
• Deliver assigned stock to the relevant customer area and conduct replenishment activities.
• Work with internal functions to ensure stock requirements are met.
• Chase part approvals and complete stock counts.
• Prepare inventory reporting and other warehouse administration tasks.

• Proven track record of working within a stock management or warehousing role.
• Proactive attitude with a can‑do approach to work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
• Confident user of IT systems and basic MS Excel skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.

• Starting salary of £27,000.
