Equans – Part‑time Cleaning Supervisor (Southampton Combined Court)

Working 30 hours per week on a permanent basis. Salary: £20,904.00 per annum plus benefits.

Monday to Friday 10.30 – 17.00

• Lead the cleaning teams at the HMCTS site.
• Manage standards to meet contractual obligations and support self‑auditing.
• Support stock management and ordering.
• Deliver toolbox talks.
• Motivate the cleaning team to maximise their potential.
• Perform cleaning duties.
• Arrange cover for sickness and annual leave.

• Create a positive working environment that encourages development.
• Lead by example and act as a hands‑on train‑the‑trainer to maintain cleaning methodologies.
• Exemplify company values and behaviours.
• Recognise and act on both good and poor performance.

• Previous cleaning experience.
• I prefer BICS trained (not mandatory but beneficial).
• Experience in a leading role.
• Excellent understanding of cleaning processes, materials and equipment.
• Must undergo BPSS level vetting and DBS clearance; ability to pass is essential.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
