This is a casual, part‑time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you help to create safe and attractive surroundings that enable us to provide quality care and support. The role involves keeping the building and grounds well-maintained so every area makes a positive first impression and is maintained to high standards. You will provide cover to ensure our building and grounds are at their best every day.

Provide maintenance coverage as needed (e.g., for annual leave or sickness) to keep the site safe, clean, and well‑presented.

Assist with a range of tasks related to property maintenance and grounds care, contributing to a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred. You should have a patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in residents. Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to turn your hand to various tasks are important to maintain the highest standards across the site.
