Job Overview

In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well‑maintained and in safe working order while meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, the work schedule and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, following Health and Safety requirements.

• Maintain and clean equipment and work areas.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and procedures.
• Complete all required training to perform the cleaning role.
• Work effectively as part of a team and, where required, take initiative.
• Provide excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve service quality.
• Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English

• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential

• Flexible and adaptable approach to the role

• Reliable, hardworking, professional attitude

• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined
