Location: Westquay Shopping Centre, Southampton

To ensure that the Shopping Centre is a clean, welcoming environment for all visitors. Your role will involve interactions with visitors to ensure that they have a great experience while visiting the centre. To work successfully within the team. You will be provided with full training and be expected to help us achieve our agreed cleaning standards.

• Ensure that all areas are always maintained to the highest standards.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
• Understand your areas of responsibility and the equipment and chemicals used while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Successfully complete all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and be able to work under your own initiative.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential, flexible approach to the role, open, honest, self‑driven and determined. Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
