Technical Cleaner

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated technical cleaner to join our night shift team on a secure site. This role requires full security clearance; applicants must be able to meet the clearance requirements.

Hours:

42 hours per week (Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45 – 05:45)

Location:

NATS, Sopwith Way, Swanwick, Southampton, Hampshire, SO31 7AY

• Carry out technical cleaning tasks during the Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45 – 05:45 shift to the required standard
• Use the Merlin system to log tasks and record completed work
• Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning areas and work schedules
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Work effectively as part of a team, while also using your own initiative
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve standards

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous technical cleaning experience is desirable
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional in approach
• Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined
