BH Live is recruiting for a cleaner to join our team at the Southampton Outdoor Sports Centre.

• Undertake cleaning duties in accordance with the cleaning schedules and standards set for the Outdoor Sports Centre, including daily, weekly and periodic tasks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across both internal and external areas of the site, including pavilions, changing facilities, spectator areas, entrances, pathways and public spaces.
• Ensure public toilets, changing rooms, showers and washroom facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout operational hours.
• Focus cleaning activity on high-footfall areas, ensuring customer-facing spaces remain clean, safe and presentable at all times.
• Complete and sign cleaning records, task sheets and any associated documentation as required.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment, machinery, chemicals and materials are used, stored and maintained in accordance with Health & Safety requirements, COSHH regulations and site procedures.

• A knowledge of cleaning products.
• To carry out cleaning to a high standard.
• To understand training given associated with the day-to-day tasks, and health and safety policies and procedures.
• To be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
• To be self-motivated.
