Places for People is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead planned and reactive maintenance across the Royal College of Art estate in North London. You will own compliance, health and safety, and ensure safe operation of buildings by managing risks and optimising asset performance.
You will guide technicians and contractors, oversee maintenance programmes, coordinate repairs and minor works, and use data insights to improve service delivery and asset reliability.
